It's a great machine, wife was kind of iffy but after a single latte she was sold... that milk froth! (it's perfect) Only worrying things is the frothing kind of failed a few times (works if you hold the milk higher? suction issue?) and a few times it has demanded we empty the drip tray when it was totally unnecessary. (Some contacts I need to clean? Not sure)Being able to make a half decaf turns out his the most useful thing in the world when controlling caffeine intake. Anyway, if you can stomach the price, your mouth will thank you.
